The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all balances across any duplicate accounts and permanent ban from the platform.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, ong888 requires Users to complete the KYC verification process. This involves the submission of:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months); and
• Proof of payment method ownership where required (e.g., screenshot of registered Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or bank account).

Terms of Use

Ong888 operates its platform on a best-efforts basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or force majeure events may result in temporary service disruptions. Ong888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability beyond its reasonable control.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ong888 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Ong888 accepts deposits via the following payment channels, subject to availability and applicable processing times:

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Ong888 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes for supported payment channels, though processing times may vary during peak periods.

Ong888 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving any withdrawal where required for compliance purposes. Funds deposited on the platform may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawal requests will not be processed.

• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic. Any winnings derived from known errors must be reported immediately and are not withdrawable;
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials, false identity information, or chargeback fraud;
• Intentional loss generation for the purpose of unlocking bonus wagering requirements across shared or related accounts; and
• Any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or corrupt betting practices in relation to sports betting markets.

Ong888 employs continuous automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, ong888 reserves the right to void all related wagers and winnings, suspend or permanently close the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ong888 platform — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, trade dress, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, video content, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of Ong888 or its duly licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

No User is permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of Ong888. Unauthorised use of ong888's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Users retain ownership of any content they submit to ong888 (e.g., support communications, feedback), but by submitting such content, grant ong888 a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content for platform improvement and operational purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ong888 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ong888 platform — including but not limited to loss of gambling winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other commercial loss.

Ong888's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Account Suspension & Termination

Ong888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Ong888 suspects fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• The User has requested self-exclusion through the platform's responsible gambling tools;
• Ong888 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order; or
• The User's account has been inactive for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause (breach, fraud, or prohibited conduct), any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited by ong888. Upon legitimate voluntary account closure by the User, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method following KYC verification, net of any applicable administrative fees.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
